The Goodyear blimp is something that is famous all over the world. The tradition began more than 80 years ago in 1925 and has seen more than 300 airships being built. The Goodyear blimps were used by the U.S.Navy during the World War II for their unique surveillance capacbilities which enabled them to spot submarines lurking near ship convoys. This capability has now been taken over by modern technology and blimps are no more useful in this area. They continue to serve as ambassadors for the Goodyear tyre company in events all over the world.
Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain tires are Goodyear's tires for light trucks that have the drivers of two and four wheel pickups using them for their off- road capabilities. It generates good traction in dry, wet and wintry conditions.
